In the unlikely event of losses due to insolvency on the part of airlines or suppliers, our travel agency is covered through our insurance policy.
This means that a traveller who has made a booking through our agency will be able to advise us in writing and we can claim on our insurance to reimburse any damages* covered by that policy.
Will I be covered if I have paid for my trip and the supplier goes broke before I travel?

No, not by this insolvency insurance. If you purchase personal travel insurance, you may be covered in the event of injury or illness.
In the unlikely event that this travel agency became insolvent and I’ve paid for my trip, will I get my money back?
ANY TRAVELLER SHOULD ENSURE THAT THEY HAVE PURCHASED THEIR OWN PERSONAL TRAVEL INSURANCE TO PROTECT THEMSELVES.
