All our questions (no matter how repetitive) were answered one by one and we never just got a stockstandard "thank you for your enquiry" email without our concerns being addressed.
Fast email and telephone response regardless of the time difference.
We really appreciated how well informed you were about the countries and the restrictions when booking a world trip (explaining sections to me and that we had to end up in same continent we left from) and that the information you gave us was accurate.

Our Concerns - were primarily that you were a company based in SA and did not have a single office in Perth. We were checking that the ABN did actually exist and that we weren't organising our world trip with an imaginary company in another state. :) However these were put at ease after a telephone call which assured us that we didn't have to worry that all flights and information could be changed over the internet free of charge and that we were covered should anything happen to the company regarding our flights."
