Customer Service Policy
RoundAbout Travel's service policy is to respond to every query within a target timeframe of 1 business day. '1 Business day' is referred to as a Monday - Friday not including public holidays in South Australia. For example, if you enquire at 12pm on Friday we will respond by 12pm on Monday. If that Monday was a public holiday our response timeframe would be by 12pm on Tuesday.
