oneworld Round the World On Sale Until 31 March

29 Feb 2016

Oneworld have launched a limited time sale on their oneworld Explorer round-the-world airfares with discounts as much as 15% from their regular rates.  It’s a great opportunity to get the most out of your travel plans and perhaps fit a few extra cities into your itinerary with these fares rarely coming on sale.

Fares start at $3,299 plus taxes of $700-1200 (a saving of $600 per ticket) for a 4 Continent fare including Australasia/South Pacific. Business Class round the world fares have been reduced from $11,999 to $10,499 plus taxes for 4 continents, a huge saving $1500 per person. 6 continent fares are $2300 off per person!

The oneworld fares differ from the basic SWISS/Lufthansa/Finnair tickets in that they include internal a wide range of flight segments on oneworld carriers and are particularly useful through parts of the world where internal travel is a bit more expensive. These are also great for doing multiple stops between Australia and Europe rather than just doing a direct flight via one hub city.

On the oneworld fares, you are permitted up to 4 internal flight segments in each continent [except North America where 6 sectors are allowed], plus the intercontinental flights, within an overall limitation of 16 segments including own arrangements between two destinations. An example itinerary could be…

Sydney – Santiago – Lima – Buenos Aires – Rio – Madrid – London – Budapest – Doha – Hong Kong – Beijing – Tokyo – Bangkok – Sydney

Fares are on sale now until the 31 March, contact your RoundAbout Travel consultant for more info or start planning your RTW trip today. Read more about the oneworld economy round the world and oneworld business class round the world airfares.
