With multiple lounges available at Frankfurt airport get the low down on your options with our guide. Frankfurt Airport is split into 2 areas, Schengen area refers to internal flights within most European/EU countries under the common border Schengen agreement. Non-Schengen areas refers to all long haul flights, flights to the UK or other non-Schengen countries such as Russia.
The five new, significantly larger Lufthansa lounges (one First Class Lounge, two Senator and two Business Lounges) offer breath-taking views of the airport apron as well as maximum comfort – with plenty of space to relax and work, to enjoy a snack or to freshen up in the modern shower baths.
The lounges in the Gate A26 area will be closed once the new, more centrally located lounges open. An additional Senator Lounge will open in the 2nd quarter of 2013 on the site of the former First Class Lounge at Gate A26 Lufthansa passengers will now have a total of 4,660 m2 more lounge space available.

Lufthansa Senator Lounges
Non-Schengen lounge with approximately 420 seats (Level 3) and Schengen lounge with approximately 290 seats (Level 2).
